Royal Langkawi Yacht Club

Our world-class 205 berth marina is situated on the south-east corner of Langkawi island close to the island's main town, providing excellent access to duty-free shops and business facilities.

We accommodate mega-yachts up to 60 m with a low tide depth of 3 meters. Pontoons have direct electricity, fuel and water supply and offer high-speed wi-fi internet.

Immigration and Customs are conveniently situated just a few minutes walk from RLYC marina.

Facilities & Special Events

RLYC is the perfect place for your special events - we can provide meals in exclusive surroundings for up to 300 people.

Our luxury facilities include a swimming pool and large clubhouse incorporating the marina office, two great restaurants, a convenience store, internet cafe, yacht brokers and PADI dive shop, 205 modern berths accommodating up to 60 m mega-yachts, and diesel fuel station.

Charlie's Place

Charlie's Place Restaurant and Bar provides a casual but elegant venue for meeting friends and enjoying great meals from breakfast till late.

Cuisine is a mix of Malaysian and international favorites served dockside by our friendly team.

Charlie's Place bar is a favorite place for yachties and locals to meet and party, with great cocktails and sunset views that can's be beat.

Captain's Deck

The Captain's Deck Restaurant provides fine dining and live music in a stunning setting with views over the marina and the Andaman Sea. Dine in air conditioned comfort or al fresco on our intimate penthouse deck.

The cuisine and service match the view and are fast becoming known as among the best in Langkawi. The pan-Asian menu includes fine dining for every taste. Captain's Deck is a great venue for meetings and functions. This versatile space can be rearranged to accommodate a range of seating options.

Royal Langkawi International Regatta

RLYC is proud to be home of the world class annual Royal Langkawi International Regatta.

One of Asia's premier sailing events, the regatta sails from 4th february to 9th February 2007, in Malaysia's legendary Pulau Langkawi. Seasoned sailors and cruising yachtsmen will battle in the high seas off the RLYC in four gruelling races over four days for the coveted prizes
